This is a sampling of a new path I've been exploring to layer and blend floral and botanical portraits with my cyanotype imagery. I do this as another creative way to celebrate the beauty of the natural world by seeing through a different lens than I've become known for the past few years.
I have a deep desire and passion to continuously be in a state of growth, expansion, and evolution, and I see these new explorations as an extension of my love for florals portraits, botanical cyanotypes, drawing, and watercolor painting.
With this new way of seeing and being in the world, I'm continuing to push my camera-based imagery to create new work that represents my deep love and connection to both art and nature.
I teach my creative techniques and processes in online courses and on-location workshops through Santa Fe Workshops, as well as through Out of Chicago.
