This is a series of ME ICM images I created during time spent in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in late June/early July 2023. I'm still working through the whole lot of images and will add to this gallery as time permits.
During this visit to Santa Fe, I led a 5-day, immersive ICM workshop as part of the
Santa Fe Workshops Summer Season. Most of the images seen in this gallery were created before the workshop while I scouted out the locations ahead of time. A few of the images were created during the workshop. I feel it is important during workshops to show how I work in the field with my camera movements, but the workshops I lead are always more about the participants than creating images myself.
All images seen here have been created in-camera as multiple exposures using the various ME options and blend modes available with the Canon 5D Mark III and the Canon 5D Mark IV.
I teach these creative techniques in online courses and on-location workshops through
Santa Fe Workshops, as well as through
Out of Chicago, and I also teach these techniques through immersive ICM workshops on my own, as well, at
Stephanie Johnson Photography Workshops.
